Digital Classroom is designed to work on common desktop, tablet, and mobile devices and to support students with different accessibility needs.

Login assistance

If you are unable to log in:

• Check that you are using the correct username or email address.
• Check that Caps Lock is not accidentally enabled when entering your password.
• Make sure your internet connection is working.
• Try refreshing the page or reopening the browser.
• If necessary, try another current browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
• If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgotten password link already provided on the Digital Classroom login page.

If the problem continues, contact Digital Classroom Support.

Accessibility support

If you experience difficulty using Digital Classroom because of:

• text size or readability;
• keyboard navigation;
• screen-reader compatibility;
• colour or contrast;
• mobile-device display;
• viewing or accessing course materials;
• forms, attendance activities, or other Moodle functions; or
• another accessibility barrier,

please contact us so that the issue can be reviewed and, where reasonably possible, an appropriate alternative or correction can be provided.

• your name;
• the course concerned, if applicable;
• the device and browser you are using;
• a short description of the problem; and
• a screenshot, if useful.
